Prof. Dr. Radhwan Hussein Ibrahim is the Dean of the College of Nursing at Ninevah University, a role he has held since 2020. He earned his Ph.D. in Nursing from the University of Baghdad in 2004, following an M.Sc. (2000) and B.Sc. (1997) in Nursing from the University of Mosul. With special interests in Nursing Research, Child Mental Health Nursing, Primary Health Care, and Nursing Curriculum, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim brings a wealth of experience to his position. His distinguished career includes roles as an Operation Room Nurse, progression through academic ranks from Tutor to Professor of Community Health Nursing at the University of Mosul, and significant managerial experience, notably as Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Mosul (2012-2019) and Editor-in-Chief of the Mosul Journal of Nursing. He has also extensively taught a wide range of nursing subjects to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
